Research On The Current Development And Construction Status Of Caofeidian Area In Hebei Pilot Free Trade Zone

At present,the international political and economic environment is complex and changeable.It is necessary to deepen reform and opening up for us to better integrate into the process of world economic integration.In order to advance reform and opening up in the new era and cope with various challenges facing economic construction,the important strategic issued to the measures on the establishment of China pilot Free Trade Zone to promote deeper transformation and achieve a higher level of opening-up.The establishment of China(Hebei)Pilot Free Trade Zone will serve China’s national strategy.Caofeidian area will continue to guide the parks to further integrate and transform and upgrade,adhere to the development of the hinterland with port radiation,and gradually build it into a national and even world-class economic leading zone and innovation demonstration zone.Since its establishment in Caofeidian Area,significant progress has been made in management system reform,system case innovation,business environment optimization and construction of key industries.At the meantime,construction continuous to advance,Caofeidian area also has a series of problems,such as unreasonable division of authority,small economic volume,low export degree,and less innovation achievements,which is not conducive to the subsequent development of Caofeidian area.Thus,this article makes an in-depth analysis of the problems in the development and construction process of Caofeidian area,finds out the causes of the problems,and puts forward practical countermeasures combined with the development situation of Caofeidian area.This article proposed the following findings through analysis and research:In the subsequent development and construction process of Caofeidian area,we should further improve the system construction and promote the transformation of government functions,build industrial cluster,enhance the financial service function to optimize the business environment,and strengthen the strength of talent training and introduction.
