Study On The Emotional Guidance Of Internet Users In People’s Livelihood Events

With the vigorous development of China’s Internet technology,the number of media platforms that occupy a large weight is increasing day by day.Weibo,Douban,Youtube,Douyin,etc.,as typical representatives of the emerging public opinion field,have improved the speed of information dissemination and expanded the scope of public opinion.As part of the research on public opinion guidance,the research on the guidance of netizens’ emotions emphasizes the governance of online public opinion and focuses on emotional guidance because of China’s very characteristic national conditions,while people’s livelihood events,as a type of event with greater influence in China’s hot events,strengthen the guidance of netizens’ emotions in people’s livelihood events,with the intention of consolidating the guiding position in the correct ideological field and actively responding to the challenges brought by the development of the network.Based on this,this study uses Naive Bayes theory combined with emotion dictionary,applies Snow NLP sentiment analyzer for sentiment analysis,and uses text data of blog posts and comments on hot topics on Weibo to construct an emotion distribution map,so as to compare the changes in netizens’ emotions before and after the government’s response to people’s livelihood events.Based on the interaction analysis of the three mentalities of TA theory,combined with the "power rationing" event,the RDEU evolution model is used to explore the interactive influence of netizens and the government’s "participation-response" behavior in people’s livelihood public opinion events.In this way,the substantial impact of the government’s emotional guidance work on the emotions of netizens is analyzed.This paper uses text data to study the interaction between the emotional changes of netizens on people’s livelihood events and the government’s emotional guidance methods in the process of government emotional guidance.The analysis believes that: First,if the government strives to achieve high-quality emotional guidance in people’s livelihood incidents,the way of interacting with netizens and the role and response method of responding to the event need to be effectively selected according to the degree of development of the event and the degree of attention received by the event.Second,according to the simulation model,it can be analyzed that(1)the changes in the emotions of netizens have a clear guiding effect on their behavior to a certain extent,and possible of participating in the discussion of people’s livelihood events when netizens are in positive emotions or rational emotions is significantly lower than when netizens are in negative emotions.(2)Increasing the number of netizens with positive emotions or rational emotions during the outbreak period of people’s livelihood incidents can effectively alleviate the danger of the outbreak period of the incident.(3)Whether the government chooses to "respond" behavior and the type of emotions carried by the government’s "response" behavior also have a significant impact on the increase in negative emotions of netizens.
