| Internet technology changes with each passing day,and the "Internet+" economic model develops rapidly.People can’t live without the Internet,and the demand for the Internet has become higher for shopping,traveling,living and studying.As a result,various industries have abandoned traditional media advertising and chosen the Internet for advertising.At the same time,along with the introduction of mobile Internet terminals,Internet advertising has also entered a period of prosperous development.However,due to the characteristics of Internet advertising,such as wide range of communication,strong interactivity and high precision,many problems have emerged during its prosperous development stage,such as false advertising,infringement of others’ rights and interests,unfair competition and other illegal acts.At the same time,as the competent department of Internet advertising,market supervision departments are constantly adapting to the new situation and actively exploring new administrative supervision modes,so as to maintain the order of the Internet advertising market and create a good Internet advertising environment for the market economy.Based on market failure theory,government control theory and collaborative governance theory,this thesis takes the administrative regulation of Internet advertising in G city as the research object,and starts from the actual work of supervision,and uses literature research,case study,participant observation and questionnaire survey methods and other methods.Firstly,the current situation and mode of regulation at home and abroad are elaborated,and the advanced legislative concept and regulatory system of foreign countries are borrowed;secondly,Internet advertisements in G city are proposed to have illegal phenomena such as false or misleading,absolute terms,superstitious and vulgar,unfair competition and infringement of others’ legal rights and interests;Then,the necessity of administrative regulation of Internet advertisements is analyzed,the difficulties encountered in administrative regulation in G city in terms of subject identification,regulatory system,investigation and evidence collection,and application of law are summarized,and the reasons for corresponding problems are then analyzed;finally,the following suggestions and countermeasures are proposed:first,the construction of relevant regulatory concepts,laws and regulations;second,the construction of professional institutions and talent team;third,the construction of the administrative supervision system of Internet advertising;forth,the industry self-discipline and social supervision,hoping to explore the right path for the development of Internet advertising in G city and promote the development of Internet advertising in G city in a green,ecological and civilized direction. |
