Research On The Anomie Of Network Public Opinion In Sudden Public Health Incidents And Its Response Strategies

Since the 21 st century,the Internet has spread rapidly in China,and it has increasingly become an indispensable part of public life.The development of network technology has greatly facilitated people’s lives,and at the same time made the public receive and disseminate information more quickly.As an extension of traditional public opinion,online public opinion is more diffuse and hidden,which makes it more challenging to correctly understand and rationally use public opinion and effectively guide and manage public opinion.The suddenness of public health emergencies and the convenience of the network mean that the events will become a social phenomenon that people pay close attention to and discuss.Relevant public opinion will break through time and space and spread rapidly through various online media in a relatively short period of time,which will easily lead to the anomie of online public opinion such as online language violence,false information dissemination on the Internet and distortion of content value.This kind of negative online public opinion is diffuse and contagious,and it is easy to cause public anxiety,fear and other emotions.If it is not dealt with in time and effectively,it will promote its wider spread,and even seriously damage the image of the government and threaten social stability.Therefore,studying the phenomenon of network public opinion anomie in public health emergencies and its coping strategies will help to enrich the research perspective of related issues and improve the coping ability of all parties.In this paper,the concepts of public health emergencies,network public opinion and network public opinion anomie are explained,and based on the theories of mass communication,crisis communication and evolutionary game,the phenomenon of network public opinion anomie in public health emergencies is studied from multiple angles,and its countermeasures are put forward.The main content of the article is divided into four parts: the first part explains the core concepts such as public health emergencies and network public opinion anomie and the theory of crisis communication,and summarizes the research at home and abroad.In the second part,with the help of public health emergencies and related theoretical knowledge which are highly discussed in China in recent years,the performance and reasons of network public opinion anomie under public health emergencies are deeply analyzed.The prominent public opinion anomie behavior is reflected in the government,online media and netizens.The network public opinion anomie is mainly caused by the imperfect network public opinion mechanism,the anomie of online media reports and the lack of media literacy of netizens.The third part first defines the role of the subject in the process of online public opinion,puts forward the relevant assumptions about the spread and anomie of online public opinion,and then constructs a tripartite game model among the government,online media and netizens,carries out influencing factors and simulation analysis,and explores the evolution process of online public opinion anomie in public health emergencies.The fourth part,starting from the government,online media and netizens,puts forward the preventive measures and coping strategies for the anomie of online public opinion in public health emergencies.
