A Study On The Online Health Information Acquisition Behavior Of Middle-aged And Elderly People From The Perspective Of Digital Feedbac

With the improvement of the online health information service system,the dissemination of health information is shifting from traditional media to digital media,and the Internet has become an important source for people to obtain health information.However,due to time factors and cognitive limitations,some middle-aged and elderly people have relatively few online information skills and cannot effectively obtain online health information.Digital back-feeding provided by children to middle-aged and elderly people on digital media technology can help them better access to and obtain online health information.To improve the current situation of online health information acquisition of middle-aged and elderly people,it is necessary to play a positive role of digital back-feeding,but there is little research attention to this.In this study,a mixed research method was used to explore the factors affecting the online health information acquisition behavior of middle-aged and elderly groups from the perspective of digital back-feeding,and a theoretical model was built.The research aims to help middle-aged and elderly people better access health information,improve their online health information literacy,and help middle-aged and elderly people better integrate into the digital environment.Based on grounded theory,this paper draws the conclusion that the factors of perceptual dimension(perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived trustworthiness),psychological dimension(self-efficacy,attitude)and digital back-feeding dimension(intergenerational support,digital back-feeding)will have an impact on the willingness and behavior of middle-aged and elderly people to acquire online health information.The results of empirical analysis show that digital back-feeding factors have a positive effect on both perceptual and psychological factors in the process of middle-aged and elderly people acquiring online health information,and both perceptual and psychological factors have a positive impact on the willingness and behavior of middle-aged and elderly people to acquire online health information.The influence mechanism of digital back-feeding dimension on online health information acquisition behavior of middle-aged and elderly people has been confirmed,that is,digital back-feeding and intergenerational support positively affect the perception and psychology of middle-aged and elderly people,so as to promote the willingness and behavior of online health information acquisition of middle-aged and elderly people.According to the research results,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions at the psychological level,digital back-feeding level,user perception level and social level.
