The healthy China strategy is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Health is the inevitable requirement of promoting people’s all-round development,the basic condition of economic and social development,the important symbol of national prosperity and national prosperity,and the common pursuit of the broad masses of the people.With the development of information society,the Internet has become the main channel for users to obtain health information.Since the 1990 s,China’s aging process has accelerated.According to the report of the National Bureau of statistics in 2021,China has 260 million people aged 60 and over,and China has entered an aging society.Surrogate searching refers to the behavior of the middle-aged and the elderly to search online health information through other users using the network.This method can effectively bridge the digital gap of online health information for the middle-aged and elderly.In order to make the research more comprehensive,the research perspective is divided into alternative searchers(under the age of 50)and replaced searchers(over the age of 50).From the perspective of alternative search,relevant scales were designed and hypotheses were put forward,and 260 valid questionnaires were collected for SPSS regression analysis of relevant variables to verify the preset hypotheses.From the perspective of the replaced searcher,the semi-structured interview method is used to collect this paper,and the collected voice and text content is sorted out.25 middle-aged and elderly people are interviewed by questionnaire survey method and unstructured interview method respectively.The collected relevant data are analyzed by SPSS regression analysis and grounded theory coding analysis,and the data are encoded in three steps,27 initial concepts,13 categories and 4 main categories are obtained,and on this basis,the logical relationship between various categories is analyzed.Draw relevant research conclusions: the influencing factors of the substituted searcher’s network health information substitution search behavior are the substituted searcher’s needs,psychological motivation,cognitive motivation and environmental factors,which have causality,intermediate relationship and adjustment relationship to the substitution search behavior.From the perspective of alternative searchers,the research conclusion is: it is found that women,only children,married,only children and rich online health information search experience can predict the age,education,Internet use experience,living status The number of immediate elders and the frequency of communication with immediate elders had no significant effect on health information substitution search.
