Research On Government Quality Measurement And Promotion Path Under The Background Of Digital Transformation

The construction of government quality depends on a certain system and technical environment.High-quality government is always a necessary condition for sustainable economic and social development.In the process of digital transformation,the extensive application of digital technologies such as the Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence has promoted the improvement of internal and external governance performance of the government,such as economic development,government construction,and governance efficiency improvement.Therefore,government management in the new era needs to include the impact of digital transformation into the scope of research.The quality of government as a national alternative to the structural indicators of modern governance evaluation,with multidimensional content in terms of composition and value of the implication,is a reflection of a comprehensive indicator of the overall level of performance and build-governmental organizations.Based on the notion of what constitutes quality factors and the impact of government empirical induction,this study will define its overall performance when the extension government through policy formulation and implementation,the exercise of their functions according to law,the implementation of internal and external governance simultaneously produced to meet citizens Demand and the degree of public recognition.Digital transformation of government as a whole background of quality measures,all have different impact on the connotation and extension of the quality of government.The widespread use of digital technology has changed the connotation and extension of government quality to varying degrees.In order to further explore the impact of digital transformation on government quality,this article puts forward research hypotheses and constructs a measurement system around six main dimensions that affect government quality:economic development,digital government,government efficiency,fairness and transparency,integrity and credit,and innovation diffusion.Based on the empirical analysis based on relevant data from 31 provinces in my country,it explained the lack of awareness of total quality management,the disparity of the construction foundation,repeated scale control,the long-term integrity of construction,and the imbalance of development between cities in the province in the current process of government quality construction.In response to the above problems,service-oriented basic construction path,standardization-oriented value shaping path,and satisfaction-oriented quality perception path have been proposed,thus forming a diversified government quality improvement program.
