Research On The Creation Of Ethnic Unity And Progress In The Healthy Garden Community Of Alxa Left Banner,Inner Mongolia

The creation of ethnic unity and progress is an important measure for China to promote ethnic unity and develop harmonious ethnic relations.The Healthy Garden Community,which has advantages in geographical location,cultural and tourism resources,and democratic governance,has failed to successfully create a demonstration collective for ethnic unity.Therefore,this article takes the Healthy Garden Community in the Alxa region of Inner Mongolia as the background,with the main focus on strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community.Based on the theory of ethnic development and local ethnic relations,three research methods are used:literature research,on-site investigation,and participatory observation,Research and summarize the achievements made in the creation of ethnic unity and progress in the community,as well as the enlightening significance it brings to the process of creating ethnic unity and progress in our country.This article first elaborates on the research purpose and significance,and provides a brief introduction to the theories involved in the research process.Subsequently,from the perspectives of background and current situation,the work of creating ethnic unity and progress in the Healthy Garden community was sorted out,laying the foundation for subsequent investigation and research work.Secondly,an on-site investigation was conducted on the practical process of ethnic unity and progress in the Healthy Garden Community,and it was found that the community has formed a unique construction method of "leading and creating activities through party building,interconnecting and interacting with various units,and vigorously promoting education",as well as a distinct feature of "facing the masses directly,party building+two-way interconnecting and interacting+creating ethnic unity and progress,and actively playing a exemplary role".Subsequently,based on the above survey results,it was pointed out that the creation of a healthy garden community has achieved three achievements:"continuously improving the leadership ability of community party organizations,always adhering to community residents as the center,and continuously strengthening collaborative governance from all sectors of society".At the same time,it also faces three challenges:"weak online publicity,incomplete work integration,and low enthusiasm for building a" ethnic unity demonstration unit".Once again,the survey on the creation of ethnic unity and progress in the Health Garden community has sparked inspiration and reflection on how to carry out the creation of ethnic unity and progress in communities in China.That is,the creation of ethnic unity and progress in communities in China should be improved in four aspects:"building a community creation mechanism,carrying out commnity creation activities according to local conditions,strengthening publicity and education for community ethnic unity and progress,and establishing and improving community ethnic work organizational structures.Finally,consider the creation model that integrates the three aspects of "democratic governance,cultural tourism,and exemplary leadership" with the creation of ethnic unity and progress,and further explore new ideas and perspectives for the creation of ethnic unity and progress in Chinese communities.
