Research On The Cultivation Path Of College Students’ Volunteer Spirit

Volunteer service is an important dimension to measure social progress,civilization and harmony,and also an important magic weapon to promote the construction of spiritual civilization.The volunteer spirit of college students is a kind of lofty moral force,which contains the important content of Marxist theory of humanity,draws on the volunteer thought of Western culture,integrates the good thought in Chinese traditional culture,interprets the volunteer service thought of Chinese Communists,and influences the ideological consciousness and psychological activities of college students with its rich spiritual connotation.Become an important driving force for social development.The core content of volunteer spirit of "dedication,fraternity,mutual help and progress" is formed on the basis of long-term social volunteer practice.It guides and encourages college students to actively participate in volunteer service and social welfare activities,so that college students’ sense of social responsibility and belonging to the organization can be fully satisfied,and thus form correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and time significance to cultivate college students’ volunteer spirit.At present,great achievements have been made in the cultivation of volunteer spirit among Chinese college students,there are still many problems in the concrete implementation process,such as the cultivation atmosphere needs to be further strengthened,the cultivation content needs to be further enriched,the cultivation process needs to be further standardized and the main body capacity needs to be further improved.Participation in Volunteer service activities is a key link to cultivate the spirit of volunteer in college students.Only by realizing the close combination of theory and practice can we fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of college students to participate,so as to improve the quality and effect of cultivation.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the volunteer spirit of college students in the new era from the following five aspects:excavating the social resources,strengthening the construction of campus system,giving play to the fundamental role of family members,paying attention to the self-improvement of college students and improving the operating conditions,guiding young volunteers to identify with the concept of volunteer service,strengthen the will of volunteer service and practice the spirit of volunteer service.In this way,students’ inner volunteer service vitality will be stimulated and they will be actively involved in the volunteer service cause with Chinese characteristics.
