Current Situation Analysis And Promotion Path Research On Party Spirit Cultivation Of Some College Students In Five Universities Of Chongqing

College student party members are the new force of party members,a reserve force for building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and a reliable successor to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The party spirit of college student party members is a comprehensive expression of the theory,politics,morality,discipline and style of college student party members,and it is also a concentrated expression of the comprehensive quality of college student party members.Improving the party-level self-cultivation of college student party members is an inherent requirement for promoting the development of college student party members and maintaining the advanced and pure nature of college student party members.It is also an important part of strengthening the party building work of college students,and it is also the basic project for improving the quality of party building in the new era.Through the analysis and collation of the related monographs and periodicals of the party members’ self-cultivation,the author summarizes and summarizes the existing research results,and sorts out and analyzes the main perspectives and basic ideas of the predecessors.Based on the existing research literature,we draw on the nutrition,and on the basis of the existing research results,clarify the core concepts of party spirit,party members’ party spirit,and clarify the main content of party members’ self-cultivation in the new era.On this basis,the study conducted in-depth interviews with some college student party members to understand the current situation of interviewing college students’ party members.The interview results show that the majority of college student party members in the interview have a firm ideal and belief,strong political sensitivity,and the spirit of hard work,and can fully play the vanguard and exemplary role.However,there are individual university student party members who have weak knowledge of the party’s basic theoretical knowledge,lack of firmness in Marxist beliefs,lack of dedication,obedience,and organizational discipline.The reason is that the party members’ self-cultivation of the party members of the interviewed students is mainly influenced by many factors such as social thoughts,family education,party education in colleges and universities,and self-education awareness of college students.Based on the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of the party members’ self-cultivation,this paper proposes the optimization path of the party members’ self-cultivation in the new era,such as creating a good social environment,giving play to the social subject education and service functions;strengthening the organization and leadership of the university,and improving the leadership system and working mechanism We will improve the relevant systems for grassroots party building,innovate the content and methods of party education,and raise the awareness of self-education of party members.
