With the rapid development of network technology and the development of new media platforms is becoming increasingly mature,more and more people choose to express their views,attitudes and ideas through emerging media.The application range of financial media platforms is also becoming more and more extensive.Citizens’ information transmission is no longer limited to traditional media such as TV,radio and newspaper.Various social platforms and video platforms have gradually become the mainstream trend of information transmission,which means that we have entered a new era--the era of financial media.At present,all 13 municipal financial media centers in Heilongjiang Province have been listed,and provincial financial media centers are gradually leading the transformation and development of prefecture-level financial media.However,compared with other coastal or economically developed regions,the development speed of financial media in Heilongjiang Province still lags far behind.At the same time,compared with traditional media,financial media has the characteristics of multi-channels and multi-publicity,which can realize information dissemination more quickly and conveniently and accelerate the interaction between subjects.Therefore,it also provides opportunities for the fermentation of online public opinions,which brings huge challenges to the online public opinions of Heilongjiang Provincial government.This paper uses the methods of literature research,online survey and comparative analysis to analyze the relationship between integrated media and online public opinion response on the basis of defining the concepts,characteristics and theories of internet public opinion response in the era of integrated media.By analyzing the current situation of internet public opinion response in Heilongjiang Province.The problems existing in the response process of internet public opinion in Heilongjiang Province are summarized in terms of the efficiency of communication between government departments still needs to be improved,lack of sensitivity of the detection latency period of online public opinion,inaccurate grasp of the role positioning in the diversified public opinion field,poor mastery of online discourse power in the new environment,and lagging legislation related to internet public opinion,etc.At the same time learn from the experience of advanced areas at home and abroad.On this basis,based on the problems found in the online public opinion response of Heilongjiang Provincial government in the era of media integration,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the on internet public opinion response system,improve the government’s resource support for internet public opinion response,enhance the accuracy of internet public opinion control,and guarantee the positive interaction between the government and the society.While improving the Heilongjiang provincial government’s ability to cope with online public opinion,it also provides strong support for the construction of Heilongjiang provincial government in the era of financial media.
