| Education is one of the most important themes in the world.It can be said that education is the foundation of national development.In the education system,basic education is very important.It is the main path to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality,and it is also the basis and key to improve the overall cultural quality of the nation.Madagascar is considered to be one of the poorest countries in the world.The country must realize the importance of education,which can block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Therefore,ensuring that people receive good educational services can promote the development of the country.Due to poverty,Madagascar’s education system is extremely inadequate.Coupled with the country’s economic,political and social reasons,there are many problems in Madagascar’s basic education.These problems include low enrollment and graduation rates,high dropout rates and illiteracy rates;school infrastructure is backward and lacks construction and maintenance.Access to education in Madagascar remains scarce and there is an imbalance in the provision of basic education.The guarantee level of basic education in Madagascar needs to be improved.The country should establish a sound education guarantee system;the professional level of teachers is low,the teaching staff is weak;there is no effective supervision mechanism;the coverage of education guarantee is limited and other problems hinder the development of education in Madagascar.China’s basic education guarantee has made great achievements and progress,and has entered the stage of internationalization.China has established the most extensive domestic education guarantee system in the world,using policies and various guarantee tools to stabilize continuous investment in basic education;the overall and complete education system provides better development support for basic education.This article mainly studies the status quo of basic education security in Madagascar,and finds out effective countermeasures by finding out the problems of basic education security and the main reasons for these problems.The goal of this research is to make Madagascar achieve better results in the guarantee of basic education.In order to achieve this goal,we can start with the basic theory of basic education security,conduct in-depth research,and learn from the successful experience of China,a powerful country in education,in basic education security,combined with the specific reality of Madagascar,to explore a model suitable for Madagascar.The system and method of education security in poor countries helps Madagascar to reform education,provides high-quality education services for every child,and promotes the realization of the goal of quality education in Madagascar. |
