As private education has received more and more attention,private education has developed rapidly in recent years,and the quality of running schools has improved significantly,which has gradually been recognized by people and has become a non-negligible part of my country’s higher education.However,because the state’s policy support for private higher education is not long,the process is relatively slow,the basic motivation is also insufficient,and its policies in various aspects are not very comprehensive,which makes it difficult for private universities to survive in this situation,especially in Many obstacles were encountered during the rising period.For this reason,private colleges and universities want to survive in today’s fierce environment,promote their long-term steady development,strengthen the strength of the school’s teaching staff,and improve the quality and quality of teachers are the primary tasks.Salary is a direct factor that affects the interests of university teachers.However,in private universities,due to the income nature,school philosophy,salary incentive system and other influencing factors of private universities,most of their teacher salary management systems need to be improved to be affirmed.Positive elements of teacher abilities and values.In view of this,this article chooses JK College as the research object,through a comprehensive survey of the school’s salary,understands the salary management situation,and uses the hierarchy of needs theory and the two-factor theory,case analysis and investigation research methods to find out JK private colleges Teacher salary management has problems such as a single salary structure and an irregular salary increase mechanism.Combining a large amount of data related to salary,I conducted an in-depth analysis of the interviewees to find out the reasons for the problems in salary management and put forward corresponding measures.Suggest.According to the above thoughts,the main research content of this paper is to consolidate the theories of private colleges and universities,salary and management as the research foundation.Secondly,the research on the status quo of the salary management of teachers in JK College has found out the problems of single salary structure,unscientific post salary design,irregular salary growth mechanism and weak incentive effect in their management,which are related to the management level of salary.Combining the characteristics of the teachers themselves,it analyzes the reasons for the purpose of running a school for profit,the obstacles of the school system,the imbalance of the teacher structure,and the lack of management concepts.On the basis of the scientific feasibility principles of following the relevant fairness and justice principles,incentive principles,the remuneration system combining material and spirit,and the long-term and short-term combined incentive system,find out the teacher management strategy of private colleges and universities represented by JK College,For example,the use of mixed compensation strategies,the establishment of a flexible welfare system,the design of a more reasonable compensation incentive system and the improvement of the compensation structure to solve the status quo.
