Study On Emergency Management For Jiangxi Private Universities

In recent years,student accidents,group action events,psychological problems and other emergencies caused the instability of colleges and universities.As an important part of China's higher education,private colleges and universities are also facing the crisis of management caused by unexpected events.This article first defines the connotation of emergencies and emergencies in private colleges and universities.Through the crisis management flow chart and public governance relationship model,the emergency management theory and public management theory are respectively elaborated,laying the theoretical foundation for emergency management.The characteristics of emergencies in Jiangxi private universities are analyzed.Based on the analysis of features,the causes for the formation of emergencies are explored.Finally,the problems existing in emergencies management of Jiangxi private universities are analyzed and summarized,including three aspects: lack of awareness of crisis,improper information communication and improper emergency response ability.According to the principle of selection of indexes,combined with the actual conditions of private Jiangxi universities in Jiangxi,selected the corresponding indexes to build an emergency management capacity index system for Jiangxi private universities.Based on the constructed index system of emergency management capacity,the questionnaire of emergency management capacity was designed and the relevant data of emergency management capacity of Jiangxi private universities were obtained through questionnaire survey.Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis,the countermeasures to enhance emergency awareness,strengthen response measures,strengthen control and coordination measures,and strengthen emergency management learning are proposed.It has certain reference meaning for the improvement of emergency management capacity for Jiangxi private universities.
