Research On Government Support Policies For The Development Of E-sports Industry In Suzhou

Against the background of the great development of the sports industry,the development of the e-sports industry will also usher in a new era.As an important part of Chinese sports events,e-sports has gradually demonstrated its huge development potential in the sports industry.With the rapid development of Chinese e-sports industry,the government has played an important role in the development of the e-sports industry.Although both the central and local governments have introduced policies and measures to promote the development of the e-sports industry,there is still a lack of a mature policy framework system and a comprehensive and systematic research on supporting measures,especially the relationship between the development of the e-sports industry and government support,as well as suggestions for optimizing local governments’actions in the development of the e-sports industry.As one of the core cities in the Yangtze River Delta,Suzhou City has seized market opportunities to develop the e-sports industry.Taking advantage of national policies,it has introduced supporting policies for the e-sports industry.It has learned from the experience of developing the e-sports industry in first-mover cities,focused on core elements,and achieved high efficiency and high efficiency.Quality development of Suzhou’s e-sports industry,and specific measures have been taken in terms of e-sports event brands,introduction of market players,industry development carriers,and training of professionals to promote the healthy development of Suzhou’s e-sports industry.This paper takes policy process theory as the basic theory,Smith model theory,public policy evaluation model theory,infant industry support and protection theory as related theories,combined with industrial economics and other subject knowledge,from the three dimensions of policy formulation,policy implementation,and policy evaluation Starting from the analysis of the government support policies in the development of the e-sports industry in Suzhou,the use of expert interviews,field research,questionnaires and other methods to analyze and study the effectiveness of the implementation of the current government support policies in the development of the e-sports industry in Suzhou and the formulation.problems in the implementation process,and found the following problems in the supporting policies of the e-sports industry government in Suzhou:First,in terms of policy formulation,the content of the policy is not perfect;the quality needs to be strengthened,and the policy environment is not strong enough;finally,in terms of policy evaluation,the policy evaluation system is not perfect.Analyze the reasons for the current predicament of policy formulation.implementation and evaluation,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve policy formulation and implementation from these three perspectives:First,the dimension of policy formulation.It is necessary to introduce corresponding auxiliary policies and promote the diversification of policy-making subjects.Policy-making must have a long-term vision and be forward-looking;secondly,the dimension of policy implementation.Efforts should be made to improve the overall quality of executives,strengthen organizational leadership,clarify the distribution of responsibilities of government departments,and at the same time strengthen communication with policy targets.In addition,it is necessary to optimize the policy environment and strengthen industrial regional linkage;finally,in terms of policy evaluation,it is necessary to strengthen the evaluation of supporting policies for the e-sports industry,establish and improve relevant policies,laws and regulations,achieve effective supervision,ensure the smooth operation of the policy system.and ensure The coherence of the policy process,in order to improve the quality of policy formulation and implementation,and promote the realization of policy goals.
