Research On Supporting Policies Of Agricultural Products Processing Industry In Hulunbeir City

The processing of agricultural products is an important link in the industrialization of agriculture.It connects industry and agriculture and has a high degree of industrial relevance.It has a strong role in increasing farmers’ employment and income,and is an important path for the development of the integration of industry,industry and agriculture.Hulunbeir City is rich in agricultural and pastoral forest resources,but due to the geographical position and the relatively conservative policies,the development of the agricultural product processing industry in Hulunbeir is restricted,and the development process is slow,which seriously affects the development of agricultural industrialization in Hulunbeir.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how the government provides effective support policies to promote the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural product processing industry.This article takes Hulunbeir as a sample to study the supporting policies of the city’s agricultural products processing industry.First,based on the domestic and foreign research status of agricultural product processing industry and industrial support policies,after a review and comparison,this article proposes the research content,research methods and technical routes;second,the implementation basis and management functions of the agricultural product processing industry support policy in Hulunbeir The situation was elaborated,and the main content of agricultural product processing industry support policy and the implementation measures were analyzed;the design principles of the indicator system were established,and the index system of agricultural product processing industry support policy in Hulunbeir city was constructed.The weight of the index system was determined,and the results of the questionnaire survey were summarized,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to make an empirical analysis of the support policy for agricultural products processing industry in Hulunbeir.The analysis results show that the support policy for agricultural product processing industry in Hulunbeir City is generally moderate.From the perspective of one-way evaluation,the effects of financial policies are greatly affected,the effects of electricity policies are greatly affected,the effects of fiscal and tax policies are general,the effects of land use policies are general,and the effects of talent policies are general.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the government’s support policies,and drawing on the experience of foreign domestic agricultural products processing industry development,the principles,main contents and implementation measures of perfecting the supporting policy of agricultural products processing industry in Hulunbeir city were proposed.
