In recent years,with the increasing economic level of the country and the increasing prosperity of residents’ living standards,the country has paid more and more attention to the promotion of reading among the people.Only within the scope of universal for promoting reading skills and reading ability,can fundamentally help people set up good,right,can pass reading habits,truly achieve reading and the integration of daily life,thus improve their knowledge and skills in daily reading,thus for the socialist construction enterprise to provide more modern,more general,To promote the continuous development of the national economy,the Party and the government have also issued a series of relevant policies and documents,and actively promoted the nationwide reading.In order to further study the reading promotion in grassroots development situation and existing problems,this article selects the suzhou subsidiary Cambridge garden community this is a more typical large grassroots community as the goal,through questionnaires,field survey method are studied,such as community has now found that through organizing events to "fireflies" reading station reading promotion methods such as positive,some results have been achieved.But now from the work of the overall situation,still exist in the government to the community to read support dynamics is insufficient,the work of community reading promotion effect is poor,lack of residents to participate in the activities of reading motivation,and a series of obvious problems,related problems mainly because of grass-roots government promotion of nationwide reading movement is a lack of attention,poor community infrastructure conditions and activities,residents lack of reading needs and conditions caused by objective factors.This paper holds that in order to overcome the relevant difficulties and improve the effectiveness of community reading promotion,the government,community and residents should start from three aspects.The government should strengthen the guidance of community reading work,enhance the material support,and continue to deepen the guidance and support function.The community should strengthen the construction of reading infrastructure,enhance the richness of community reading activities,deepen the construction of talent team and other means to optimize the effectiveness of community reading promotion;At the same time,residents should further strengthen their reading awareness and habits,and make full use of fragmented time to enhance reading intention and reading participation.
