With the intensification of the global economic and financial crisis,the importance of financial media is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,researchers are committed to exploring how to use financial media to deal with this phenomenon,and regard it as an important research topic to study how to effectively deal with the management and control of COVID-19 epidemic involving financial media in S City.As public crises become increasingly complex and diverse,their resolution becomes more challenging,while also improving the government’s level of crisis management.In this process,the media can also play an important role by actively participating in crisis management and resolution processes,with the aim of achieving prevention and control,and contributing to the construction of a collaborative mechanism for crisis governance.This case selects the role played by S-city’s radio and television financing media in response to New Coronary Pneumonia.First,as an important city in the Yangtze River Delta and Jiangsu Province,S-city has a high level of hardware facilities and advanced awareness in media development;Second,in response to the 2022 epidemic in S-city,the radio,television and financial media in S-city also played a positive role in guiding public opinion,controlling the direction correctly,and actively participating in the battle of epidemic prevention and control.Consequently,I hoped for the examination of how official media works in the face of public calamities like the emergence of the new crown epidemic,which is pf great research value.Therefore,this paper has done more in-depth research and thinking through research and practice,combining theory with practice.In the process of public crisis events,the media should also change their own status quo,play a greater energy and function to assist in the governance of public crisis.This paper delved deeply into the media’s coverage of the epidemic in S-city,utilizing literature,case studies,comparison,and field research.It also conducted in the media during the crisis.Analyze whether media coverage of public crisis events will affect people’s mood or change people’s lives.In the face of public crisis,the media must exercise its influence and authority in crisis governance.The adjustment,reform,and improvement of institutional mechanisms are particularly important.To be effective in responding to public crises,the media should be given the opportunity to take the initiative,engage in crisis governance,foster China’s varied crisis governance,and contribute to the formation of a unified crisis governance collaboration system. |
