Study On Optimization Of Commercial Registration System In Suzhou Industrial Park

Under the current domestic and international economic environment,optimizing the commercial registration system and promoting economic development has become an important direction of China’s national development.As one of the regions with active economic development,Suzhou Industrial Park is also continuously exploring and improving the optimization of commercial registration system.The commercial registration system is the basic system for the government to manage market entities,including a series of procedures such as registration,alteration,filing and cancellation of market entities,and is the institutional basis for the legal existence of market entities and their legal business activities.As the "regulator" of the relationship between the government,the market and society,the reform of the commercial registration system plays an important role in straightening out the relationship among the three.It is also an important reform measure to optimize the current business environment.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,improving and optimizing the business environment has become one of the key contents of the government work report,and continuing to deepen institutional reform and build the competitiveness of economic development has also become the focus of the work of local governments at all levels.To improve the business environment,the government needs to deepen reforms in streamlining administration,delegating power,improving regulation and providing better services,effectively reduce institutional transaction costs,improve the capacity and quality of government services,and further stimulate market vitality and social creativity.Based on the reading of various literatures,this paper takes the commercial registration system of Suzhou Industrial Park as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and interview method,combined with the practical experience in grassroots work,combined with the new public service theory,service-oriented government theory and holistic government theory,this paper analyzes the reform objectives and achievements of the commercial registration system in Suzhou Industrial Park.The contents of the current commercial registration reform in the park are sorted out,and the relevant problems are further studied and analyzed according to the construction objectives:the electronic process is not comprehensive,the precision service is missing,the linkage of examination and management data needs to be improved,the commercial registration system and supporting facilities are insufficient,the construction of professional personnel needs to be improved,and the commercial registration consultation is not convenient.This paper analyzes the relevant causes of the problem,and on this basis,tries to put forward suggestions:optimize the business process,explore smart registration,apply big data to achieve accurate and high-quality services,use big data to strengthen the linkage of examination and management,optimize the hardware and software configuration of commercial registration,strengthen the construction of grassroots talent team,and improve the professional consulting service capacity of commercial registration.In order to further optimize the industrial park commercial registration system reform,help to create a satisfactory business environment for commercial entities.
