| Scientific research in colleges and universities is a kind of innovative activities,which plays an important role in promoting the development of colleges and universities and the construction of an innovative country.In recent years,the state has continuously increased investment in scientific research resources,and the number of scientific research achievements has been growing continuously.However,the proportion of scientific research funding input does not adapt to highquality results.How to create the most efficient output with limited resource investment has become the focus of attention for universities.Therefore,selecting scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to evaluate objectively and fairly evaluate the scientific research performance of universities is an important issue for promoting the scientific research management in colleges and universities,rationally allocate scientific research resources and promote scientific research productivity in colleges and universities.Around this problem,this article introduces the knowledge production function method in economics into the evaluation of scientific research performance in colleges and universities,trying to make an exploratory analysis of the evaluation of scientific research performance in colleges and universities.Firstly,this paper analyzes the advantages of applying knowledge production function to the evaluation of scientific research performance in colleges and universities,which can reflect the linear correspondence between scientific research input and scientific research output in colleges and universities to provide reasonable basis for the evaluation of scientific research performance in colleges and universities.Secondly,it constructs the evaluation index system of scientific research performance in colleges and universities respectively with scientific research input and scientific research output as the target layer.Finally,the knowledge production function model constructed in this paper is applied to X University to evaluate and analyze all departments of this university.It is found that the regression model established by this method is significantly effective and has strong credibility.There is a good fit between the model and the sample data,so that the ratio of actual output value and theoretical output value of each school can be calculated based on this.That is,Q value of scientific research performance,is reasonable and effective.The evaluation of knowledge production function constructed in this paper makes the research performance of each school of the university vertically measurable,and the research performance of different schools horizontally comparable,which weakens the evaluation injustice caused by the differences in disciplines,provides an effective measurement tool for the research performance evaluation of universities,and also provides an important reference for the research management and resource allocation of universities. |
