Research On The Safety Management Of Grain Storage In State-owned Grain Depots In J City

As a major developing country with the largest population in the world,China’s food problem has always been a top priority in relation to the national economy and the people’s livelihood and the governance of the country.Food security is an important part of the national security strategy.Compared with energy security and financial security,food security plays a more fundamental role.Therefore,ensuring the national food security and keeping the Chinese people’s jobs in their own hands is not only the basis for the sustained,stable and healthy development of China’s economy,but also the guarantee of social harmony and stability,and an important component of the national security strategy.This paper gives a detailed overview of the current situation of the safety management of the state-owned grain depots in J City from the overview,establishment and development,functions and missions,safety management organizations and personnel,grain storage safety facilities,safety management processes and main measures of the state-owned grain depots in J City,and constructs the evaluation system of the safety management of the state-owned grain depots in J City by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,The current problems in the safety management of grain storage in J city’s state-owned grain depot were revealed.The preparation before grain storage was insufficient,the implementation of provisions during grain storage was not in place,the maintenance of mechanical equipment and facilities was inconsistent with the requirements of the higher authorities,and the safety management and supervision of grain storage were not in place.The causes of the problems were analyzed.The grain warehousing empiricism replaced the implementation of the system,and the level of grain storage safety management information was not high the introduction and maintenance of machinery and equipment and the implementation of the system are not in place,and the standardization of the ex-warehouse process is not enough.According to the causes,targeted optimization strategies are proposed,and the corresponding optimization is carried out from the process to effectively improve the safety management level of the state-owned grain depot in J City.The research further enriched the research content and system of the safety management of the state-owned grain depot,and provided a theory that can be used for reference for the improvement of the safety management of similar state-owned grain depots in other cities across the country.
