Study On The Optimization Path Of E-government Security System Construction Of Yunnan Development And Reform Commission

E-government was born in the 1990 s.With the development of exploration and practice,e-government has been constantly updated and has entered a mature application stage.In China,e-government is an important means to deepen the government’s reform of "delegating power,delegating power and serving power",a powerful measure to build a service-oriented government,and an important way for government departments to improve their management ability.The continuous development and expansion of e-government is faced with many security problems,which also determines that information security is the key and bottleneck of e-government construction.Only under the premise that the security of government information is guaranteed,all kinds of applications of e-government can be developed smoothly.Therefore,government departments at all levels should attach great importance to the construction of e-government information security system.Yunnan province development and reform commission for the construction of e-government system and mature,the focus in the country and province two levels of government is to build a service-oriented government,against the background of implementing and decentralization and the important measures to adapt to the new situation,government affairs work demands,is a match with institutional reform deepening and department function increase or decrease and progressive technology development process,This will enable the Development and Reform Commission,a comprehensive macroeconomic management department,to better cope with the challenge of the transformation of major social problems.This article uses the method of questionnaire,interview method,literature research three research ways,in yunnan province development and reform commission e-government security system as the research object,using the new public management theory,government reengineering theory and risk management theory and other basic theory of yunnan National Development and Reform Commission for the construction of the e-government security system present situation,problems,etc,were studied.The findings: The e-government construction of Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission is late,which can only meet the basic business needs.There are still some problems such as weak overall security management,lagging protection technology update,lack of emergency disposal ability,and low risk awareness of personnel.After using a variety of methods to study and analyze,In view of the backward information security risk management concept,the lack of information security work norms and standards,the insufficient coverage of potential problems emergency plan,the insufficient training of information security risk awareness and other reasons,Puts forward the protective measures to improve information security technology,to develop safety management supporting file specification,perfect the management system of information security,staff security awareness of the optimum path of e-government security system construction,to e-government construction in yunnan province,National Development and Reform Commission to deepen,play better application performance.
