| In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy, the failure of government regulation and the problem of the market disorder attract more and more attention, so government regulation become a hot topic in the academic circle and practice circle. To maintain the market order and strengthen government supervision is an important part in achieving the Chinese Dream of the great renewal of the Chinese nation. The Decision of the CCCPC on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform put forward a major theoretical point of view that, make the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources. This does not mean the government gives up regulation, but to deepen the reform of market supervision system, changing the mode of supervision, and strengthen its supervision function. Therefore, this thesis has a significant theoretical value and practical significance to conduct in-depth study of the government regulation mode after the reform of the big market supervision system.This thesis based on the government regulation theory such as Keynesian theory, public interest theory, and incomplete legal theory, the government reform theory such as the seamless government theory, public governance theory, and the theory of separation of powers, using literature research method, dialectical materialist analysis and the method of case study to research the market supervision system after the reform of government regulation mode and the way of optimization. On the whole, the thesis follows the logical thinking of the problem, analyze the reason and put forward the solution strategy. Firstly, describing the market supervision system reform of government regulation mode status and existing problems; secondly, the analysis of the causes of the existing problems after the reform of the government regulation mode; finally, propose optimized paths for the reform of supervision system. |
