| In recent years,in order to promote the construction of a community governance system for the follow-up work of ex-situ poverty alleviation and resettlement sites,and to give full play to the active role of volunteers in grass-roots social governance,the Ministry of Civil Affairs and other relevant ministries and commissions have promoted the construction of the five-community linkage mechanism by strengthening the training of volunteer talent teams.Better resolution of community affairs.Due to the large number of disadvantaged groups living in relocation sites for poverty alleviation,it is difficult to fully cover public service guarantees,and the living environment needs to be improved.It is necessary to cultivate elderly volunteer organizations to participate in service-oriented community governance.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to use the professional methods of social work to improve the leadership of the backbone of elderly volunteers,stimulate their advantages and potentials,continuously enhance the quality of backbone leaders of elderly volunteers,extend the strength of grass-roots civil affairs work,and effectively promote social governance and public services.Based on the practice of community social work service projects in immigrant settlements,the author uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,interviews,questionnaires and other methods to understand the lack of leadership and demand in communication,decision-making and motivation of the elderly volunteers in H immigrant settlements in the process of community volunteer service.Under the guidance of the empowerment theory and the group dynamics theory,the author designs group service activities to improve the leadership of the elderly volunteers in the relocation sites for poverty alleviation with the intervention of group work.The comprehensive evaluation of process and effectiveness is carried out according to the preparatory stage,the practical stage and the end stage of the group.Through the intervention of group work,with the interaction and support of the group members,the leadership of the elderly volunteers in the resettlement site is promoted to improve,which is mainly manifested in three improvement stages in the group practice,namely the communication ability improvement stage and the motivation ability improvement stage.,the decision-making ability improvement stage.Help team members realize the importance of communication,master communication skills,and improve communication ability;learn to motivate team members to cooperate and improve motivation;through leader role-playing,strengthen volunteer teamwork,promote democratic and scientific decision-making,and improve decision-making ability.The author reflects on the professional value concept,professional service method and professional theory application.In view of the lack of attractiveness of group service design,insufficient experience of social workers in the service process,and insufficient consolidation of group service effectiveness.In this regard,it puts forward optimization suggestions for social work to intervene in the improvement of the backbone leadership of elderly volunteers: first,to improve the group work practice of the improvement of the leadership of the elderly volunteers;second,to develop an integrated model for the improvement of the leadership of the elderly volunteers;Organizational environment construction for senior volunteer backbone leadership improvement. |
