Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Follow-up Employment Support For Poverty Alleviation Relocation In Dafang County,Guizhou Province

Targeted poverty alleviation is an important way and means after China enters the post-poverty alleviation era,and an important guarantee for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Among them,as an important policy of targeted poverty alleviation,the relocation of poverty alleviation in different places has its special function and value,which can enable the poor people to get rid of the poor living conditions and achieve complete poverty alleviation.With the realization of the poverty alleviation target by 2020,China has gradually shifted its targeted poverty alleviation to the stage of rural revitalization.In this process,it is of great significance and role in how to solve the employment problem of the relocated migrants,so that they can adapt to the social and living environment as soon as possible.Based on this,this study takes Dafang County,Bijie City,Guizhou Province as the research object to comprehensively understand the current situation of follow-up employment support for the relocation of poverty alleviation in different places,analyze the existing problems and the reasons in this field,and put forward targeted solutions.The research contents and conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows:First of all,take questionnaire survey,interview method,through the change of poverty alleviation relocation subsequent employment support on the basis of the research,the existing problems include: the government provides employment information with relocation farmers employment intention,relocation point existing employment channels,employment training become a mere formality and employment information is not smooth.The reasons for the problems in the follow-up employment support for poverty alleviation relocation from inhospitable areas are: the difficulty to break through in the follow-up industrial development,the inadequate coordination of the follow-up employment support participants of poverty alleviation relocation from inhospitable areas,the imperfect supporting system of employment security from inhospitable areas,and the imperfect information construction of the follow-up employment support for poverty alleviation relocation from inhospitable areas.Finally,from the industrial poverty alleviation to industrial revitalization,the construction of the government-led multi-subject collaborative governance mechanism,improve the follow-up employment support system and the construction of high-level follow-up employment support information platform put forward to improve the follow-up employment support of poverty alleviation relocation in Dafang County.This study is helpful to help the immigrants to adapt to the moving environment as soon as possible,actively change the traditional ideas,and improve their own living standards through the development of economy,which can provide a new perspective and ideas for China’s poverty alleviation and development work,and realize the benign development of poverty alleviation work.
