Research On The Centennial Course And Basic Experience Of The Construction Of Communist Party Of China’s Members

Over the past century,the Communist Party of China has always taken the building of the ranks of Party members as the basic work of Party building,constantly absorbing new blood,and striving to forge a pioneer team,so that the Party always maintains strong leadership,vigorous vitality and indomitable fighting capacity.In the hundred years of struggle,the Communist Party of China has not only accumulated valuable experience in building the ranks of Party members,but also formed a scientific system for building the Party organization,providing a strong organizational guarantee for completing the historical mission of the Party.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the important proposition of "constantly improving the quality of the Party’s construction",which is not only a profound summary of the Party’s historical experience in reform and innovation,but also a major issue of the time for the CPC to be in power for a long time.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted the Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Party’s Centennial Achievements and Historical Experience,which emphasized that we should constantly bring advanced people from all walks of life,especially outstanding young people,into the Party,educate and guide young Party members to always take the Party’s flag,direction,and will as their banner,continue the Party’s red blood,carry forward the Party’s fine traditions,and survive trials and hardships in the struggle See the world,strengthen muscles and bones,and grow talents.This not only grasped the key and vital point of the construction of the party members,but also pointed out the direction for the construction of the party members in the new era.As the backbone of the new journey,the party members in the new era are carrying a new mission.We must learn from the basic experience of the CPC’s centennial team building to achieve high-quality development of party member team building.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary to pay attention to excavating and studying the theoretical basis and hundred years’ experience of the construction of the party members and to provide theoretical guidance and action guidance for strengthening the construction of the party members in the new era.Through a systematic review and analysis of the centennial history of the building of the CPC’s party members,it is found that the basic experience of the building of the CPC’s centennial team has the following aspects: the primary task is to adhere to theoretical armed forces,the basic principle is to strengthen ideological and political education,the basic project is to temper the cultivation of the Party spirit,the effective way is to play the role of the Party’s grass-roots organizations,and the fundamental guarantee is to comprehensively and strictly govern the Party.The enlightenment of these basic experiences to the construction of the party members in the new era lies in: the party members are the strong organizational guarantee for realizing the Chinese Dream;The construction of party members in the new era should further strengthen the development and management of party members,improve the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations,and eliminate potential threats to the health of the party.To sum up,in the new era,the Communist Party of China must constantly improve the quality of the construction of the party members.The specific measures can be taken from the following aspects: strengthen the overall leadership of the Party to ensure that the construction of the party members’ team is compatible with the historical mission of the Party in the new era;We should strictly control the entrance to the Party and ensure the quality of Party members from the source;We should enhance the organizational strength of grass-roots Party organizations in the new era,strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of grass-roots Party organizations,and maintain the strong appeal and mobilization of the Party among the people;We should establish and improve the mechanism for the regular withdrawal of Party members,eliminate unqualified Party members,and maintain the advancement and purity of the Party members.
