An Investigation On The Sense Of Gain Of Farmers In Tibetan,Qiang And Yi Areas Of Sichuan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,China has unprecedentedly focused on poverty alleviation,carried out a large number of effective measures,and achieved all-round well-being in the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the CPC,so rural farmers’ income has greatly improved.The CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy to promote rural revitalization,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in accordance with the requirements of thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized rural culture,effective governance,and prosperous life.It is of great significance to combine the evaluation of the effect of rural development with the survey of villagers’ willingness,which has reference value for the future rural revitalization strategy of “fully arousing the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of farmers”.Fully respecting and considering the wishes of farmers is not only the fundamental requirement of the Party’s purpose of“serving the people wholeheartedly”,but also the inevitable requirement of politically consolidating the Party’s governing foundation in rural areas.Farmers are the main part of the country revitalization,based on the “adhere to the farmer main body status,fully respect farmers’ will” request,from the perspective of respecting the farmer’s evaluation,investigation of the villagers’ production and living conditions,development intention,policy expectations,etc.,from the perspective of the feeling of the villagers evaluation after rural policy effect,the villagers’ expectations of rural revitalization and development plan,to form conclusions and put forward policy recommendations on the basis of investigation and research.From the perspective of farmers’ sense of gain and willingness to develop,this paper studies the effects of farmers’ sense of gain and rural policies on improving farmers’ well-being in Tibetan-Qiang-Yi corridor area of Sichuan Province.This paper’s research object is more than 1000 farmers in part of “three states” — the Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture of Sichuan province,Ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture,Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous prefecture,including their feelings of the earlier country revitalization,sampling investigation to them and their acquisition in rural revitalization policy,to measure the acquisition will typical investigation and rural revitalization of the development.It is a useful supplement to the research on rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas to carry out investigation and research by combining qualitative and quantitative methods and focusing on the will of “villagers”,the main body of rural revitalization.This paper analyzes the implementation path of rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of villagers” will,writes a survey and research report,and analyzes the rural revitalization ideas in Tibetan-Qiang-Yi corridor ethnic areas in Sichuan,which has certain reference value for rural revitalization and high-quality development in other ethnic areas,and expands the coverage of rural revitalization research.Through investigation and research,it is found that farmers’ sense of gain happiness is normally distributed.The sense of gain is based on its own economic gain and social public service gain.The mutual influence of people of the same type around the acquisition perception is great.The horizontal acquisition perception has the characteristics of zero-sum game in a certain range,and the horizontal comparative influence of the acquisition perception is often negative.When the policy development direction is consistent with their own expectations,it will help improve the sense of gain of farmers,otherwise it will have a negative impact on the sense of gain.Grass-roots government and autonomous organizations often affect farmers’ sense of gain.Grass-roots cadres have become an important factor influencing farmers’ sense of gain in local rural areas.Standardizing and restricting grass-roots cadres’ behaviors in rural revitalization has become an important way to improve farmers’ sense of gain.
