| With the deepening of reform in an all-round way,the aging of the population is a difficult problem that we have to face in the process of reform.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the combination of intelligent technology and elderly care services has gradually become a new direction of public services.The term "Smart elderly Care" has become a hot topic in recent years.However,with the continuous expansion of the number of elderly people,the demand for and quality of Smart elderly Care services are also rising,resulting in a mismatch between supply and demand.In order to explore the deep logic behind the imbalance between supply and demand of Smart elderly Care services,the author conducts research on the current situation of Smart elderly Care in Pudong New Area of Shanghai from the supply side and the demand side.Through analysis,it is found that the following problems exist in the community smart elderly care in this area: the contradiction between the diverse needs of the elderly and the limited supply of smart elderly care services,the contradiction between the demand preference of the elderly and the mismatch between the supply and demand of smart elderly care,the adaptability of the elderly population does not match the high-tech threshold of smart elderly care services,the cost of smart elderly care is not equal to the income level of the elderly,the popularity model of smart elderly care and the channel preference of the elderly population are different,the contradiction between the intelligence of smart elderly care and insufficient system support,and the contradiction between the specialization of smart elderly care and the lack of professionals.Through analysis,The main reasons for these contradictions are as follows: Enterprises pay too much attention to technology,which leads to the lack of humanization of intelligent elderly care services;The adaptability of the elderly’s life concept and smart elderly care service is low;The participation of social pluralistic subjects is low;The government’s management of smart elderly care is not strong enough.Through the analysis of the problems and causes,the following countermeasures are proposed: First,starting from the demand,improve the adaptability of smart elderly care services,strengthen demand research,refine service groups,and unlock more popular service scenarios;Secondly,focusing on supply,improve the quality of smart elderly care services from the aspects of platform and facilities system construction,aging degree,and professional talent construction;Third,introduce diversified social organizations and other subjects to improve the core strength of smart elderly care services;Fourth,consolidate the supply and demand balance of smart elderly care services from the dimensions of policy guidance,process supervision,publicity and promotion. |
