Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Supply System Of Smart Elderly Care Services In Hefei

China’s population aging is gradually intensifying,and the aging problem has become a major challenge to China’s pension industry.At the same time,with the rapid development of the economy and the prosperity of modern science and technology such as the Internet and big data,the traditional pension model has been unable to meet people’s current pension needs.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the national strategy to actively respond to the aging of the population and develop the pension industry and the pension industry from the perspective of "improving people’s well-being and improving the quality of life of the people".The increasing aging and emerging needs for the elderly require us to pay attention to the material and cultural needs of the large elderly groups and provide high-quality elderly care services.By using modern information technology and taking the needs of the elderly as the guide,community smart elderly care effectively integrates all kinds of resources online and offline,and makes full use of all kinds of resources and information around the family and community,so that the elderly can enjoy rich elderly care services at home,providing new ideas and directions to solve the aging problem,and is an effective way to promote the high-quality development of elderly care services.This paper mainly includes seven parts: The first part introduces the research background,research significance,research status,research content,research methods and innovation,which is the basis of this paper.The second part summarizes the research progress of community smart elderly care service and elderly care service supply system,and discusses the connotation of resource integration theory and its application in the elderly care field.The third part analyzes the overall situation of Hefei community smart elderly care service supply system from five aspects of supply facilities,value orientation,supply subject,supply target group and supply content through content analysis method.In the fourth part,taking the Economic Development Zone as an example,through interviews and field research methods,the author deeply investigated the current situation of Hefei community smart elderly care service supply system from six aspects,namely,supply subject,supply target group,supply facilities,supply content,supply capacity and supply mode.The fifth part analyzes and points out that there are some problems in the supply system of Hefei community smart elderly care services,such as the single source of funds for the supply subject,the disjunction between supply and demand of service content,the weak supply facilities for community smart elderly care,the lack of suitable aging products,the poor supply capacity of enterprises,the low level of professionalism of service personnel,the difficulty in bridging the "digital gap" for the elderly,and the imperfect monitoring and evaluation feedback mechanism.The sixth part proposes to establish a government-led mechanism with the participation of multiple social actors,improve the integration ability of community smart pension resources by integrating the resources of the government,community,enterprises,social organizations and families,realize the overall governance of community smart pension,and ensure the supply of high-quality community smart pension services.The seventh part summarizes the research and points out the shortcomings of the research and the future research direction.Figure [8],Table [13],Reference [50]...
