Research On The Realization Path Of Accurate Matching Of Supply And Demand Of Community Elderly Care Services In Nanchang

China has initially entered an aging society in the 21 st century.The elderly population is huge in scale,and the aging speed is fast.The problems of aging and empty-nesting have become increasingly prominent.The problem of population aging has attracted great attention from society.Community pension concentrates on the advantages and operability of family pensions and institutional pensions and will become an important breakthrough in the pension model and the development direction of a sound social pension system.Against such a social background,the Chinese government attaches great importance to the cause of the elderly,and has issued a large number of elderly care service documents and strengthened the supply of elderly care,a community home care service model with family as the core,community as the support,and professional service as the support has been initially explored.However,with the continuous development of the real economy and society,the demand for elderly care is also constantly enriched,which leads to the problem of mismatch between supply and demand in the field of elderly care services,making the development of elderly care services in my country less effective.At present,community-based home-based care is a new type of care model in my country,and matching the supply and demand of community-based care services is the key to promoting the steady development of this care model.Combining the two perspectives of supply and demand,this thesis conducts a field survey in Nanchang and adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study the problems existing in the matching of supply and demand in the development of community elderly care services in Nanchang.First,based on sorting out the relevant policies and systems of community home-based elderly care services in Nanchang,according to the population aging degree of Nanchang and the development status of community elderly care services,the author conducted on-the-spot investigations on four representative communities to gain an in-depth understanding of Nanchang.After reviewing the supply status of community elderly care services in the city,it is found that the community elderly care services in Nanchang have achieved certain results in the exploration,but there are also shortcomings.Secondly,after empirical analysis of the survey data,it is found that there are problems such as an unbalanced supply and demand gap,low service utilization rate,and low demand satisfaction rate in community elderly care services in Nanchang.The three influencing factors of the precise matching of service supply and demand are the supply level of community-based elderly care services,clearly identifying the differentiated needs of elderly groups,and the elderly’s understanding of community-based elderly care services.Finally,after comparing the current supply situation with the statistical results of demand,it is found that the current supply and demand contradictions of community elderly care services in Nanchang are mainly manifested in three aspects: quantity mismatch,quality mismatch,and structural mismatch.Nanchang’s community-based elderly care service is in the period of pilot exploration.It is difficult to identify needs,lack of effective demand expression,lack of effective cooperation among multiple supply entities,lag in the construction of information platforms,and an evaluation mechanism that has not yet been formed.These problems hinder the precise matching of supply and demand for community elderly care services.Therefore,from the perspective of combining supply and demand,this thesis puts forward feasible suggestions from four aspects: precise identification of demand,precise allocation of supply,precise implementation management,and precise implementation supervision,to provide a theoretical reference for Nanchang to achieve precise matching of supply and demand for community elderly care services.
