The Exploration Of Characteristic Education And Correction Model For HIV Drug Addicts In The Return Guidance Area

The compulsory isolation of HIV drug addicts is one of the important elements of drug rehabilitation work.The academic community has conducted certain studies on the education and correctional measures of drug addicts and their rehabilitation,education and management,and treatment paths,but not enough attention has been paid to the research on how to further improve the education and correctional treatment of this special group of HIV drug addicts before their return.However,not enough attention has been paid to how to further improve the education and correctional treatment of this special group of HIV detainees before they return to the drug treatment system,especially with regard to the use of the current domestic education and correctional model in the field of compulsory drug treatment and the relevant empirical research results in the actual implementation process.In view of this,this paper takes the “S” compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center,the only specialized facility for HIV drug addicts in Shanghai,as an example,and uses theories of holistic governance,re-socialization,and collaborative governance to investigate the current situation of HIV drug addicts in its return guidance area,and on this basis to discuss the characteristics,implementation strategies and deficiencies of the treatment of HIV drug users under the guidance of the guidance area,figure out the reasons and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,the characteristic education correction of HIV drug abusers in the regression guidance area was defined as: The educational mechanism in the return guidance area for drug abusers who have been transferred from the rehabilitation consolidation area to the return guidance area and received the return adaptation education after one month prior to the expiration of the period or after requesting early release from the mandatory isolation,Including associated with social forces to open by the rehab or rehabilitation training classes,psychological counselling classes,moral law courses,vocational skills classes,interpersonal classes,social classes,choosing employment classes,social welfare related education classes and a series of courses,correctional work and system arrangement.Therefore,for the development of characteristic education for HIV drug abusers in the return guidance area,it is not only necessary to strengthen the system design and team construction in drug abstinence centers,but also to construct the cooperation system and working mechanism between drug abstinence centers and social forces.Based on the above analysis,this paper firstly clarify the HIV drug researchers treated path is receive and compulsory isolation detoxification period and its different stages during the period of admission policy,and that a regression to guide the necessity of HIV treatments features addicts model is to help guide HIV,addicts upon their return to society,not only helps to advance the study of the theory of the rehabilitation work.Secondly,taking Shanghai’s “S” Compulsory Isolation Drug Treatment Center as an example,this paper reviews the current work situation of “S” Institute from two aspects: the judicial administrative drug treatment mode under the national unity and the return adaptive education strategy,and analyzes the current treatment situation of HIV drug addicts in the return guidance area by means of investigation and research.It is concluded that there are some problems such as imperfect characteristic education mechanism for HIV drug addicts,incomplete intervention of family and society in compulsory isolation drug treatment,and imperfect professional correction force of police force.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the rehabilitation mechanism of HIV drug abusers in the regression guidance area were summarized: first,the construction of social support system in the regression area should be actively optimized;Second,we should actively explore the education mode adapted to the characteristics of HIV drug addicts;Third,we should actively improve the capacity building level of the special management team.
