With the deepening of economic globalization,the number of drug addicts has increased,the geographical distribution is widespread,and more and more towards the direction of youth,career diversification,which has brought great challenges to the work of drug rehabilitation,among which how to better resocialize drug rehabilitation personnel is one of the most challenging work.Today,with the increasing advancement of China’s economic reform,people’s hope for a better life is getting stronger,and at the same time,new requirements are put forward for the daily management of the government,and strengthening drug prevention education is one of the important measures to improve the modernization level of national governance capacity.The promulgation of the Anti-Narcotics Law has made anti-narcotics work have a law to follow,and at the same time requires higher standards in the national anti-drug work,in which compulsory isolation and drug rehabilitation is one of the most important cornerstones of anti-drug work,and the resocialization of drug rehabilitation personnel is the primary task to ensure the effect of compulsory isolation work.Therefore,we must proceed from reality and take practical and effective measures to raise the level of resocialization of persons under compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation and smoothly reintegrate them into society.The problem of how to make the rehabilitated drug addicts healthier,smoother and more scientific return to society brings greater challenges to the re-social governance work.As an important indicator of whether or not drug rehabilitation has been successfully resocialized,although it has achieved certain results in drug rehabilitation,it has also encountered many new problems restricting its development in its development.In order for drug addicts to be better reintegrated into society,they need more scientific,comprehensive and realistic responses to guide the re-social governance work.Starting from this current situation,taking the relevant theories of public management as the basis,taking the current situation of drug rehabilitation work in Shanxi and the follow-up care of drug rehabilitation personnel as the starting point,this paper analyzes the results of drug rehabilitation work in the past year,and studies the main problems existing in the resocialization work and the reasons for their formation,and establishes and improves the specific ideas for the resocialization of compulsory isolation and rehabilitation personnel in China,improves the follow-up care system and mechanism,increases investment and improves the level of service guarantee.It provides reference for deepening the reform of the judicial administrative system and optimizing the top-level design of drug rehabilitation work.This study will take some of the returned drug rehabilitation personnel in the compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center in Shanxi Province as the research object,and analyze the data obtained by tracking and returning to the drug rehabilitation center,combined with the actual situation of the drug rehabilitation personnel in the center,the contradictions and practical difficulties encountered in the process of resocialization,and the deep-seated needs,and deeply understand the expectations of the resocialization of drug rehabilitation personnel and the expectations of society for drug rehabilitation personnel.For how to realize the resocialization of drug rehabilitation personnel,corresponding countermeasures are proposed from various functional departments,drug rehabilitation centers,families,society and schools,hoping to increase the resocialization rate of drug rehabilitation personnel and make our country move towards a drug-free society.
