The Study Of Drug Abuse Correction From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

Drug is one of the three major public hazards in today's society,and drug abuse is one of the most complex and difficult social problems in the world today:Anti-drug work has many links,drug rehabilitation is only one of the important links,and drug abuse correction is an important part of drug rehabilitation work.From international experience,many countries in the world have taken various measures to correct drug abuse.At present,there are four kinds of treatment patterns of drug abuse in China,namely voluntary detoxification,communities detoxification,medical treatment,and compulsory isolation treatment.This paper uses literature method,interview method,quantitative analysis method and system analysis method,the theory of holistic governance based on the theory,taking Jiangxi Province as an example,analysis of drug abuse treatment fragmentation problems,and put forward the Countermeasures of holistic governance,to promote the practice of this theory,has both theoretical and practical meaning.The study found that fragmentation of the plight of drug users in Jiangxi province for behavior correction:drug behavior correction concept of fragmentation,poor awareness of community rehabilitation;behavior treatment responsibilities fragmentation,produce to departmental protectionism;drug treatment of functional fragment behavior,function overlapping;drug abstinence behavior correction of resource fragmentation,lack of resources integration.To this end,this paper puts forward the optimization path based on holistic governance behavior treatment model of drug users in Jiangxi Province:promote the formation of drug abuse treatment in the community to carry out collaborative action;straighten out the responsibilities of the Department of drug abuse treatment;drug abuse treatment model of accurate positioning function;the integration of social resources for drug abuse.In this way,it can effectively solve the fragmentation dilemma in the process of drug abuse correction and form a unified and orderly drug abuse correction model,which is conducive to the healthy development of China's anti-drug cause.
