Research On Information Technology Pressure Of Judicial Police And Its Management Strategy

In the process of comprehensively promoting intelligent policing,the new mechanism,new model and new technology of policing have brought a lot of convenience to the judicial police,and improved the quality and efficiency of the work of the judicial police.However,it also brings a lot of technostress to the police.On the basis of the impact of application of technostress,The paper,taking drug bureau the judicial police in Shanghai as the research object,mainly focuses on the analysis of the negative effects of the application of information technology in the judicial police work and try to finds out some useful strategies which aims to help the police adjust their individual mentality,technical support and organizational leadership reasonably and,at the same time,to help them improve their psychological quality and engagement so that the overall efficiency of the judicial drug system could be further enhanced.The research background,purpose and importance of the paper are introduced at the first part of the paper.Next,the relevant domestic and foreign literature research status is discussed,and the research methods and paper framework are introduced.Then,the concepts related to compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation,compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation,judicial drug rehabilitation police,work pressure source,work pressure and technical pressure are explained respectively,and the two theoretical bases of work pressure source theory and work requirement resource model are summarized in an integrated way.After that the research design was carried out.Through systematic interviews with 20 judicial drug rehabilitation police officers,the interview results were coded by NVivo12 Plus at three levels,and the dimensions of information technology stress were initially determined.According to the coding results,the information technology stress questionnaire of judicial drug rehabilitation police officers was developed.A total of 325 questionnaires were collected,and 269 valid questionnaires were obtained after eliminating those without reference value.SPSS was used to process and analyze the questionnaire data.In terms of the collection of interview data,this paper summarizes the influence of information technology on judicial police work,including the effect of information technology and the pressure source.Combined with the data analysis results of the questionnaire survey,the information technology pressure sources from the four dimensions of workload,learning requirements,skill overload and formalism were finally summarized.Combined with the interview content and questionnaire results,the causes of pressure were classified and discussed.According to the management defects of information technology pressure,this paper puts forward countermeasures at the technical level,individual level and organizational level.
