On The Social Role,Spiritual Temperament And Its Value Application Of Socialist Entrepreneurs

Since the reform and opening up,with the establishment of the socialist market economy system,all kinds of ownership enterprises in the market competition,the entrepreneurial group gradually appeared and developed.The establishment of socialist system provides institutional guarantee for Chinese entrepreneurs to actively carry out economic activities,cultural activities and social activities.The socialist entrepreneurs of the new era not only create economic and social benefits,but also bear the new historical mission and play a key social role.In the new era background,the study of this subject has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Taking Marx’s relevant discourse and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the symposium as the main reference,this paper expounds the social role and spiritual temperament of socialist entrepreneurs,and answers the questions of what historical mission socialist entrepreneurs bear in the new era,what kind of spiritual temperament they show,and what value this spiritual temperament has.Using the methods of literature research,case study and historical research,the paper draws some conclusions: Socialist entrepreneurs are not only builders of the new era,but also promoters of the community of human destiny,and they show several spiritual qualities as a special social group.That is,with love of national conditions,the courage to innovate,self-conscious integrity and law-abiding,the courage to assume social responsibility and have an international perspective,socialist entrepreneurship can promote economic growth,achieve social harmony and the development of advanced culture.Therefore,we should vigorously promote the socialist entrepreneurial spirit and promote the training of China’s outstanding entrepreneurial team.
