Research On The Path Of Multi-subjects Participating In Rural Governance

Due to the rapid development of market economy in our country,the dramatic changes in the rural social structure,the diversification of rural social values,and the diversification of farmers’ interest demands,the traditional rural governance of "countryside politics and village governance" have become more and more prominent.The rural social governance capacity and level are obviously lagging behind that of the cities,and rural social governance issues have seriously affected the process of national governance modernization.It has become a weak link in the national governance system,which restricts the modernization of national governance capacity and governance system.With the further advance of rural revitalization strategy,therefore,solving the problem of rural social governance remains the focus of our national current work.At present,there are many problems in rural social governance in China,such as weak leadership of grass-roots Party group,insufficient ability of multiple governance subjects,imperfect governance system and imperfect governance mechanism,which greatly hinder the effectiveness of rural governance in rural areas.If these problems are not solved well,they will restrict effectiveness of rural governance.In the process of rural social governance,the establishment of coordinated governance of multiple entities involving grassroots party organizations,township governments,villagers’ autonomous organizations,rural social organizations,and villagers will help stimulate the vitality of governance entities,improve governance effectiveness,and promote the overall economic and social development of rural areas.It is of great significance in the rural social governance.In this article,through multiple subject to collaborative governance theory as the theoretical support,it takes Zhangzhai village as an case,which is one of the national model villages in rural governance,to discuss how to through the cultivating rural pluralistic governance body,perfecting the rural governance system,and improving the rural governance mechanism to build rural governance mode of 1 + X.It realize the goals of prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,well-off society governance practices.The experience can provide some idea and reference for other areas.On the basis of summarizing its successful experience and existing shortcomings,the author puts forward opinions and suggestions on how to improve the multiple subject collaborative governance on the basis of the existing governance.The research finds that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations.In addition,it to improve the collaborative governance ability of multiple subjects,to promote the formation of a governance system that combines the autonomy of multiple subjects,the rule of law and the rule of virtue,to innovate the collaborative governance mechanism of multiple subjects.Thus we can realize the situation of good governance in rural society and lay a solid foundation for the overall revitalization of the countryside.
