Rural governance occupies a vital part in national governance.In order to achieve the strategic goal of modernizing our national governance system and governance capacity,the effectiveness of rural governance has become particularly important China's rural revitalization strategy puts forward that the rural governance should be under the premise of the leadership of the party committee and the government.It is necessary to continuously strengthen the team of the main body of rural governance,strive to improve the ability and quality of each governance subject,cultivate the sense of synergy of the various governance bodies,and promote The synergistic interaction between multiple subjects provides a powerful driving force and guarantee for the coordinated management of rural multi-subjects.Through the coordinated management of various entities,we will work hard to achieve rural revitalization,jointly create a new pattern of rural governance with joint governance,and promote the development of rural society through practical actions,in order to achieve the final realization of the rural revitalization strategy.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" pointed out that "the poverty alleviation of rural poor is the most difficult task for building a well-off society in an all-round way."According to statistics from the Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Statistics,by the end of 2016,the rural population of Yunnan Province was 26.223 million,accounting for the proportion of the province's population.54.96%.This data shows that the current proportion of rural population in our province is high,and it also reflects that the level of urbanization in our province is not high enough.It is necessary to improve the current situation of rural governance in our province,strengthen and enhance the overall governance capacity of the province and improve the governance system.Therefore,this paper selects L Township of Yunnan Province as the research object,through the rural revitalization strategy and the application and guidance of governance theory to conduct micro-study on the collaborative and interactive governance of each subject in local rural governance,and analyze the L township party organization and village committee.The contradictions,the irrational structure of party members,the inadequacy of government implementation policies,the inefficiency of public service,the low level of development of social organizations,and the lack of endogenous motivation of villagers,and through relevant theories to find these The reasons for the problems are based on the existing problems in L Township,and some counterrmeasures and suggestions suitable for the coordinated development of local rural governance subjects are proposed to enhance the positive interaction between the subjects and achieve effective and effective coordinated management.The beautiful vision of peasant riches is of great significance for promoting the rapid development of rural economy,the improvement of civilized rural style,the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity,and provides a reference for grassroots social governance in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.This research has five parts.The first part is the introduction,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.It mainly summarizes the research background and significance of the topic,as well as the related concepts of the article and related theories to be used in the research.The second part mainly analyzes It is the background of the rural revitalization strategy,which leads to the internal relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural governance,and points out the direction for describing the problems in the governance of L townships.The third part is based on the analysis of the research objects.The current status of governance among the rural governance bodies in L Township and the synergistic interaction between them,dynamically present the current governance practice of L Townshi in the multi-subjects;the fourth part analyzes the challenges faced by L Township rural governance at the present stage.And analyze the causes of these challenges;the fifth part is to propose suggestions,countermeasures and reflections on the dilemmas that appear in the fourth part.
