Study On Rural Party Building Leading Public Affairs Governance In A Village Of L Town

In recent years,the state has made far-sighted top-level designs in rural work and invested substantial human and material resources and financial resources.Supported by policies such as the poverty elimination campaign,the crackdown on gang crimes,rural revitalization,and rural revitalization living environment improvement initiative,the rural areas have changed tremendously.The party organization has become stronger in rural areas.More and more villagers are involved in the governance of their villages.The governance of rural public affairs is becoming more and more modern,and people are sharing the fruits of development.As mentioned in the 19 th National Congress of the CPC report,we face the contradiction of unbalanced and insufficient development.The leading role of party organizations in some areas is not decisive,and the phenomenon of administrative and indifferent governance of public affairs is frequent.Creating a better life for the people is always a work in progress.In the initial stage of rural revitalization,all places are exploring a revitalization path suitable for their development,and the advanced experiences and advanced models created are brought to a higher level for promotion.As one of the 150 model villages in the city,a village in L town has achieved remarkable results in public affairs governance in rural areas led by party building in recent years.Therefore,a village in L town has research value in public affairs governance in rural areas led by party building and is worthy of deeper discussion.A village in L town is the research object of this paper.The author conducted indepth research in the village and designed questionnaires for villagers.Summarized the status of public affairs governance in a village in L town and the advanced experience of organization-led governance foundation,action-led upgrading of governance,and function-led reshaping of public attributes by contacting the town government to check the data and visiting the village site to investigate.Through a comprehensive study of the distribution of returned questionnaires using software data analysis,four influencing factors were selected,and empirical research was conducted using descriptive and multivariate regression models based on the information from the questionnaires.From the model regression results,it can be seen that among the overall satisfaction influencing factors,all four dimensions studied have a positive relationship with the satisfaction of party building leading public affairs governance,and all of them influence villagers’ satisfaction with party building leading public affairs governance in this village to a greater extent,with the grassroots party building dimension having the relatively most significant influence on overall satisfaction,followed by the public resources dimension,the public facilities dimension,and the public services dimension in that order.The problems are pointed out: the leading role of party members is not apparent,the burden of education expenses is heavy,the quality of education is unsatisfactory,and villagers’ conflicts and disputes.On this basis,we discussed how to make full use of the role of party members to lead the way and set an example for the public,drive the economic development of the whole village,strive for quality primary education,and take flexible measures to curb the seeds of disputes.
