Study On Exploring The Rural Revitalization Of Urban And Rural Integration And Sharing Type In Pidu District Of Chengdu

Rural revitalization is an important strategy for China’s agricultural and rural reform and the promotion of urban-rural integration since the 19 th NPC.On the basis of long-term development in the past,China has laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy through the effective implementation of policies and measures such as targeted poverty alleviation.The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is in line with the developmental and progressive requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and has a scientific and guided significance for changing the current predicament of economic and social development in China’s agriculture and rural areas.It has improved the national regional coordination ability and boosting the economic growth vitality.In the process of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization and development,with the goal of building a national rural revitalization demonstration area,Pidu District of Chengdu has promoted "five major revitalization" in all directions,all fields and all regions with accelerating integrated urban-rural development as the main line,further deepening factor marketization and system and mechanism reform as the guide,comprehensive integration as the path and shared development as the purpose,forming a rural revitalization model of urban and rural integration and sharing.Pidu District,relying on the leadership of Party building,reform driven,industrial support,cultural empowerment,and opening up,has made every effort to promote the "six major integration" of urban and rural elements,industrial integration,"production,life and ecology" integration,service integration,identity integration,and life integration and has built a developmental community of urban and rural that shares resources,opportunities and achievements,and comprehensively stimulate the development vitality of rural areas.The paper starts with introducing the theory of urban-rural integration development and the practice of foreign urban-rural integration development,and summarizes the experience and lessons from foreign practice.By sorting out the relevant measures and promoted urban-rural integration of Chengdu and Pidu District,this paper summarized the main measures of Pidu District to deepen the comprehensive rural reform and promote the "five major revitalization",summarized the experience and enlightenment of Pidu District to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and provided a reference for rural revitalization of China’s suburban areas promotions.
