Localization Construction Of Tutorial System In Juvenile Crime Prevention

Juvenile delinquency is a global social problem.Countries all over the world are exploring various strategies to promote the healthy development of adolescents to prevent juvenile delinquency and thus achieve the goal of reducing juvenile crime rate.The systematic and normative application of the tutorial system to the prevention of juvenile delinquency is an innovative measure.At present,many countries have applied the tutorial system to the prevention of juvenile crime,especially the United States.The operation experience of this study is to draw lessons from American crime prevention tutorial system,based on the guidance in our schools,community juvenile crime prevention work of the status quo,to explore the localization based on juvenile crime prevention of tutorial system in our country,the localization of juvenile delinquency prevention tutorial system in China is proposed the preliminary conception,so as to juvenile crime prevention work to explore a new kind of intervention strategies.This study is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the theoretical basis and development of juvenile delinquency prevention tutorial system abroad.The second part mainly explores the operating mechanism of the juvenile delinquency prevention tutorial system in the United States,including the leadership mechanism,the source of project funds,the way of project landing,the recruitment,screening and matching mechanism of mentors,the management process and supervision mechanism,etc.The third part is mainly based on the current situation of juvenile delinquency prevention counseling in schools and communities in China,thinking about the localization foundation of juvenile delinquency prevention guidance system in China.The fourth part puts forward the idea of constructing the localized juvenile crime prevention tutorial system,considering the localization strategy based on the localization foundation of China and the experience of constructing the Juvenile crime prevention tutorial system in the United States.This paper puts forward some perfect strategies for developing comprehensive supervisor system project management organization,promoting the standardization of juvenile supervisor system project operation,promoting the two-way support of government and society,and developing the function tracking research mechanism of supervisor system project.
