| Vietnam has achieved rapid economic and social development in the past three decades.Vietnamese women have made outstanding contributions to economic development.Vietnamese women ’s labor rate is also at a high level in the world.To ensure the legal rights of female workers,the Vietnamese government Attached great importance to gender equality work,introduced a series of policies and systems to eliminate gender discrimination and protect women’s legitimate rights and interests in employment and social security.It has also made remarkable achievements.Vietnam ’s labor participation rate and education rate have continued to increase,and pregnant women The death rate has been decreasing year by year,but there are still many problems.Therefore,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese female workers and improving their rights and interests protection is an important task in Vietnam at this stage and is also an important issue of this paper.In view of this,this research is based on an in-depth analysis of the many problems faced by Vietnamese female workers,such as still faced to varying degrees in employment,gender discrimination,workplace ceilings,and other issues,and dig deeper into their root causes.The main contents of this article are as follows.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,combs domestic and foreign literature,and clarifies the research methods and technical routes of this article.The second chapter introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis of this article,and lays the foundation for subsequent research.Chapter III sorts out the history and current situation of the development of the Vietnamese women’s rights and interests protection system,reviews the incomplete and supplementary development of the rights and interests protection system,and the current stable stage,and analyzes the current status of the rights and interests protection system on the basis of this system;Chapter analyzes the problem of the rights and interests protection system,and further explores its root causes.It is precisely because of the constraints of traditional gender concepts and long-term social division of labor that the current rights and interests protection system has not been perfected.Chapter 5 draws on the experience of some countries and The shortcomings,as well as the enlightenment and lessons for Vietnam;Chapter VI analyzes the suggestions for improving the system of protecting the rights and interests of Vietnamese female workers from the perspective of improving the system and establishing the concept of equality. |
