Countermeasure Research On Women's Rights And Interests Of Women's Organizations In Ganjingzi District Of Dalian

With the rapid development of China's economic society,women's social status are improving,many women become leaders in the field of study from all walks of life,which has played the significant role in holding up half the sky.There is no denying that the development of women's social status,but the problem of part of women's rights are not sufficiently protect also cannot be ignored.Many women firstly ask grassroots women's unions for help when rights and interests are violated.Therefore,women's unions have an irreplaceable role in maintaining women's rights.Women's unions are the bridge and link from the Party and the government to women,has the function of safeguarding the rights and interests of women,and promotes equality between men and women,which shows the most concerned and realistic agenda of most women,and can also achieve one of the important means of women union intelligence.Based on this topic research,women union has advantages in better transforming its functions,safeguarding women's right and actively participating in public management and effectively promoting social cooperative governance.Furthermore,it can help women better shelter with women union and fully achieve inherent right,which stimulates family harmony and plays an important role in maintaining social stability.Women union has certain advantages on safeguarding women's rights;however,it also has certain limitations.In this way,how to solve the problems of protecting women's rights,activating work ideas,building better platform for women,it is related to the vital interests of women's rights.In recent years,Dalian Ganjingzi district of women union made significant efforts to maintain women's rights and received remarkable achievements.However,there have bottlenecks in the process of safeguarding the rights and interests of women due to limited resources and political identity.In this paper,the method of interview,questionnaire survey and literature analysis is used.Through analyzing the status of rights in Dalian District of Ganjingzi women's Federation,summed up the problems that women's organizations met in safeguarding women's rights issues,and from the aspects of policy factors,self factors analysis of the causes of these problems,and puts forward the improvement scheme,research suggests that the women's organization has to improve the function of women's rights,and give the feasibility analysis of the improvement plan.Aiming at the further implementation of the scheme,the following countermeasures are proposed that women in safeguarding women's rights ability mechanism needs to be improved.Women's rights to be innovative,and should explore effective ways of cooperative governance.Put forward new demands the continuous progress of the society and facing the diversified needs of urban and rural women in Ganjingzi District Women and women's organizations to grasp the mass transformation opportunity,change idea and style,clear function of women's organizations,strengthen the ability to perform their duties,to further promote the implementation of the national policy of gender equality,promote social equality,women's development,ensure women's rights are well maintained.
