In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,my country’s legislative quality has become even more demanding.The "Legislative Law" has liberalized local legislative powers,which has led to a rapid increase in local legislation.However,local legislation has problems of worrying quality and poor applicability.As a result,post-legislative assessments have been widely used.All regions evaluate the quality,applicability and normativeness of legislation through post-legislative evaluations,and provide guidance and suggestions for the revision and abolition of subsequent legislation.Through the analysis of post-legislative evaluation practices in various regions,it can be found that the practices in various regions show great differences.There are inconsistencies both in the choice of assessment subjects and in the application of assessment indicators.This affects the objectivity and scientificity of the evaluation results to a certain extent,which is not conducive to the evaluation of the local legislation after the implementation of its due effects.Among them,the establishment and selection of evaluation indicators are particularly critical.In the entire post-legislative evaluation process,evaluation indicators play a particularly important role.As the initial link of the evaluation work,they play an important role in judging whether legislative activities and legislative results are good or bad,and contribute to the smoothness of post-legislative evaluation activities.Development plays an important role.Evaluation indicators will have a direct impact on the objectivity and reliability of the evaluation results.Only when the evaluation indicators are properly selected can the resulting evaluation results be credible and usable.If the evaluation indicators are not properly selected,not only will the evaluation results be inaccurate,but it will also have an adverse effect when the evaluation results are applied to make changes to the relevant legislation.Therefore,the selection and application of evaluation indicators in the post-legislative evaluation of local legislation is very important.In terms of writing,first,it introduces the research background,research significance and research methods,and analyzes the status quo of related research at home and abroad.Secondly,the post-legislative evaluation of local legislation is summarized,combined with the empirical cases of post-legislative evaluation at home and abroad,the development of post-legislative evaluation indicators is analyzed,and the function of evaluation indicators after local legislation is summarized.Thirdly,based on the empirical analysis of domestic post-legislative evaluation,we summarize the problems in the content and selection of my country’s post-legislative evaluation indicators.In addition,through the analysis of current legislation,it is found that my country’s local legislative post-evaluation indicators lack relevant laws and regulations to regulate.Finally,combined with the questions raised,based on the successful experience of foreign post-legislative evaluation and the analysis of the current situation of domestic evaluation,relevant suggestions for building a post-legislative evaluation index system are put forward.By consulting relevant journal documents,laws and regulations and other materials,comparing with the index selection principles and content in the post-legislative evaluation procedures of various countries,and combining with the current development status of local post-legislative evaluation indicators,we can find the content of post-legislative evaluation indicators in my country Imperfection,lack of hierarchy,and lack of quantitative evaluation.In the future,we can further improve my country’s local post-legislative evaluation index system by improving the content of evaluation indicators and constructing a multi-level evaluation indicator model,so as to promote the further development of the post-legislative evaluation system in our country,and pass post-legislative evaluation to ensure the protection of my country’s local legislation.Quality and improve the level of local legislation.
