On The Problem Of Rural Social Assistance In K Area Of Qinhuangdao

Social assistance is of great significance for building a service-oriented government.In 2021,China’s social assistance work entered a new era.With the "opening" of this new era of "anti-poverty",the rural social assistance policy under the background of multiple changes must also open a new functional chapter.Revitalization strategy in the country under the background,from "absolute poverty" and "relative poverty" span,the construction of rural social assistance system has entered a new stage of development,how to further strengthen the rural social assistance policy flexibility,maintain the continuity of the policy,the rescue mode of innovation of rural social assistance and the government public service mode,Building a service-oriented government is one of the problems that Qinhuangdao K district needs to solve.Under the guidance of welfare pluralism theory,social equity theory and holistic governance theory,this paper carries out research by selecting investigation and research methods including questionnaire survey,literature research and case analysis.This paper studies the related concepts and theoretical basis of social relief and analyzes the significance of promoting social relief work.On the basis of these studies,the present situation of rural social assistance in K District of Qinhuangdao,the problems existing in the process of rural social assistance and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Then the paper puts forward the optimal path of the rural social assistance in K area of Qinhuangdao,and puts forward suggestions that "government + society + individual" is the main body and "funds + material + services" is the relief mode for the thorough development of rural revitalization,the reform innovation and sustainable development of social security system in our country.Efforts are being made to maximize the role of rural social assistance policies in addressing poverty and inequality.Improve the implementation efficiency of rural social assistance in Qinhuangdao K District.
