Research On The Sustainable Development Of Rural Youth Entrepreneurship Incubation In Xundian County

Compared with the past ten years,rural youth has such strengths as rich knowledge,broadened insight and flexible thinking,which are the advantages should be taken by them to return home for entrepreneurship and employment and participate in social governance,so as to promoting local economic development,which serves as an important engine for rural development.The research on sustainable development of rural youth entrepreneurship incubation in Xundian County aims to provide ideas and references for rural youth entrepreneurship incubation.This paper,on the basis of the intensive study of the research status at home and abroad and the correlation theories,takes Xundian County as the sample,rural youth as the carrier and takes entrepreneurship incubation sustainable development as support,employs literature method,investigation method,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method to study the youth entrepreneurship incubation in Xundian County.Also,this paper investigates and surveys four business incubation platforms and some rural entrepreneurial youth in Xundian County via collecting data,censusing information,questionnaire and conducting interviews.The results are as below.Firstly,higher possibilities of accumulation of venture capital,government support,entrepreneurial opportunities,and entrepreneurial incubation.Secondly,initial formation of rural youth entrepreneurship incubation base.Thirdly,problems solved via rural youth entrepreneurship guarantee loans and "loan exemption and subsidy" loans.Fourthly,employment guarantee of entrepreneurship incubation for the strong labor market and willingness of rural labor.Based on the work mentioned before,successful lessons are learned that reasonable layout of infrastructure construction for business incubation platform,entrepreneurship loans solve practical difficulties for rural young entrepreneurs and economic benefits of entrepreneurship incubation have gradually become prominent.However,as every coin has two sides,some problems also exist.For example,rural entrepreneurial youth does not have a comprehensive understanding on entrepreneurial and related policies.Also,they lack development stamina and anticipation of the market.From the perspective of higher level,the training system is not well-directed and the entrepreneurship policies are not consistent,both of which cause unreasonable integration of resources and imperfect system of management.To solve the problems mentioned before,this paper offers suggestions from the perspective of sustainable development and they are,improving the entrepreneurship training system and the policy support system,build an entrepreneurship service system,strengthen entrepreneurship guidance and adhere to the correct handling of the relationship between the government and the market to provide clues and references for rural youth entrepreneurship incubation and rural vitalization so as to achieve common prosperity.
