Study On Incubation Path In Inner Mongolian Social Organizations

With the rapid development of China's economy and social culture,people are increasingly demanding more diversified and more high-level social services.Against such background,it cannot meet people's growing material and cultural needs only by relying on direct services provided by the governments at all levels.As a result,in many places they begin to introduce third-party service providers or social organizations to undertake the transferring of government function in order to service community residents better.But due to some factors,for example,policy system is not perfect,own professional level is not high,there are some unsatisfactory aspects,including the quality of service of social organization,the degree of satisfaction and recognition from residents and so on.So the business concept "incubator" is introduced to provide professional incubation and cultivation for social organizations featured with lack of existing service,low professional level so that it will effectively improve the ability and level of servicing society of social organizations.Therefore,taking both operation service project and incubation project in Inner Mongolian R social work organization for example,the dissertation is intended to discuss problems and defects of Inner Mongolian social organizations in the process of incubation by analyzing the model of incubation and the process of incubation so that some referential suggestions for improvement will be put forward.
