Study On The Adaptation Of Relocated Immigrants In Huize Community,Zhijin County,Guizhou

The "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" officially put forward for the first time: "Ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation,also known as ecological migration,can achieve the dual goals of eliminating poverty and improving ecology by relocating poor people living in areas unsuitable for human survival." The task of poverty alleviation and relocation in the 13th Five-Year Plan has been fully completed.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,the state will further improve the follow-up support policy system,continue to increase employment assistance for relocated mass industries,and continue to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation through relocation.With the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation work entering the stage of maintaining stability,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2022 proposed to increase support for key rural revitalization counties and centralized resettlement areas for ex situ relocation,and implement work measures such as household registration management,legitimate rights and interests protection and social integration of relocated people,so as to enhance the social adaptability of immigrants and promote their social integration.In this study,the immigrants who moved to help the poor in Hui Ze community,Zhijin County,Guizhou Province were investigated on the spot,A total of 176 immigrant families were visited,And combined with a variety of social survey methods,respectively from the mode of production of immigrants,economic life,social life and psychological belonging four levels of analysis and summary of Hui Ze community ex situ poverty alleviation migration adaptation situation,summed up the community migration adaptation problems and the causes of these problems are analyzed one by one.Finally,taking the government,community and individual as the focus,this paper puts forward some suggestions: first,improve the livelihood ability of immigrants and broaden the channels of income increase;Second,improve the community management mechanism and standardize management scientifically;Third,strengthen the sense of identity of immigrants,change ideas,in order to improve the social adaptability of immigrants in the new environment.The social adaptation of immigrants is not only related to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and difficulties tackling and continuing rural revitalization,but also affects the sustainable development of immigrants in their places of immigration.Through in-depth observation of immigrants’ daily life and work,we can understand the problems encountered by immigrants in the process of social adaptation and pay attention to their needs,and put forward countermeasures to solve these problems in combination with the actual situation,in order to help immigrants adapt to the new environment as soon as possible.
