Research On The Social Adaptation Of Immigrants In The Process Of Poverty Alleviation And Relocation In Southern Shaanxi

With the continuous deepening of China's precision poverty alleviation work,the promotion of poverty alleviation as a livelihood project has achieved remarkable results.In China,the poverty problem has always been closely related to the ecological environment.The concentrated and contiguous areas are located in the mountainous areas with poor ecological environment.The geographical environment limits the development of the villagers.The lack of resources leads to the poverty of the villagers.The remote geographical location and backwardness Traffic conditions limit the access of villagers to various social resources.At present,a number of villagers living in poverty alleviation in the country have been relocated to areas with poor natural conditions,inconvenient transportation,slow economic development and local development difficulties,to areas with good economic conditions,convenient transportation and long-term development.Beginning in 2011,the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government actively responded to the call of the state to carry out the "Relocation and Resettlement Project of the Southern Shaanxi Immigrants".Up to now,it has started the relocation of poverty alleviation in various counties,and the poverty alleviation effect is remarkable.However,"Remote relocation" is only the beginning of poverty alleviation.How to enable immigrants to achieve long-term sustainable development in a new environment and realize "moving,stabilizing,getting rich,and promoting development" is the fundamental purpose of relocation and poverty alleviation.Therefore,this paper takes the villagers in the poverty-stricken and poverty-relieving villages in X County,Shaanxi Province as the research object,and uses the research methods of observation and interview methods to understand the resettlement status of the immigrants through field visits,investigate the social adaptation status of the villagers after the resettlement,and analyze the immigration.Problems in production,life,interpersonal relationship,psychological adaptation,etc.,and suggestions from four aspects:the mechanism of remote relocation poverty alleviation,the acquisition of economic capital,the establishment of a social network,and the improvement of the land management system.The social adaptability enables immigrants to achieve long-term sustainable development in the new immigrant villages,so that the relocation of the land can achieve poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.This paper is divided into seven parts.The introduction part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,concepts and theories,research innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter mainly introduces X County in southern Shaanxi.The regional environment,basic conditions and the situation of poverty alleviation and relocation in W town analyzed the necessity and feasibility of implementing the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation in the area.The third chapter mainly focuses on production mode,living mode,consumption mode,interpersonal relationship and immigration psychology.The level of social adaptation of immigrants after ex situ relocation is analyzed at the same level.The fourth chapter analyzes the social adaptation problems of immigrants from four aspects:production mode,lifestyle,psychological status and interpersonal communication.The fifth chapter is from immigrants.The four aspects of relocation intention,production skill,environmental change and primary relationship weakening analyze the causes of social adaptation problems of immigrants.Chapter VI:The mechanism of relocation from ex situ poverty,the acquisition of social capital,the construction of social network and land management Suggestions on four aspects of the system;the final is the summary and outlook of this article.I hope this article can provide valuable value and significance for the current social adaptation of immigrants.This paper believes that the social adaptation of the Yixian poverty alleviation and migration people in X County has the following problems:First,the immigration willingness to move is not high,mainly reflected in the low enthusiasm for relocation and the reluctance to relocate after the ideology;secondly,the economic pressure of immigrants increases.Big;third,the psychological loneliness and rejection of immigrants;fourth,the immigration primary social network is weakened.In response to the above problems,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,the government should establish and improve the institutional mechanisms for the promotion of poverty alleviation and relocation,such as propagating the mobilization mechanism and mobilizing the enthusiasm of immigrants;second,promoting the development of characteristic industries and broadening employment channels;Social network to enhance the social integration of immigrants;Fourth,improve the land management system and enhance the attractiveness of the resettlement area.
