Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Cadre Training System In Grassroots Party School

Currently,the international situation is undergoing profound and complex changes.In the meantime,the principal conflict facing Chinese society in the new era has changed.So China desperately needs to train a contingent of competent and professional cadres to meet the requirements of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which aims are to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.As the main force to train grassroots leaders and cadres,grassroots party school is the most grounded frontier place where has a stake in improving grassroots leaders’ and cadres’ ability.The study focus on optimizing the training system of the grassroots party school,making a dynamic adjustment through the whole process of training.To carry out the study on the related concepts,basic theories,the researches of current domestic and international situations,etc.is described.And the subject of the study is W District Party School of Chongqing.Besides,based on CIPP evaluation model and Kirkpatrick evaluation model,the study tries to build a evaluation index system about the training.Then questionnaires stem from the evaluating index system.And through the methods of questionnaire,interview,case study and literature research,the study investigates and analyzes the whole process of training in W District Party School of Chongqing.Last but not the least,in the study,it was found that the main extant questions of the training were lacking of the specific teaching plan and objectives,the efficiency and the innovation of training,and the discipline to trainees.The study summarizes problems and the corresponding causes existing in the training system of the grassroots party school,taking W District Party School of Chongqing as a reference.Finally,the study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the training system,by combination of relevant theories.Firstly,the party’s theoretical education should be at the top of the priority list,as well as firming awareness of quality training.Meantime,the training should establish problem-oriented demand research and menu-based precise training mechanism.Secondly,with the party committee and government support,the grassroots party school should be integrated resources superiority,and seek the regional cooperation,and make full use of second classroom role of on-the-spot teaching base.Thirdly,the marketization of the grassroots school will promote reformation of training,create teacher’ incubator to enhance faculty strength,with opening up of running the school.Fourthly,it is important for the grassroots party school to build up the quality evaluation system,the motivating and supervision mechanism,and the entire process of training management.
