The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward China's entry into a new era of socialist development.The new era has higher requirements for party members and cadres,and it requires the continuous study of party members and cadres to improve their political awareness and work ability and safeguard their socialist development in the new era.It plays the leading role of party members and cadres.This requires continuous strengthening of the education and training of party school cadres,and the improvement of the training level of party cadres in accordance with the development of domestic and international situations,so that the training of party cadres fully reflects the effectiveness,making them active and better serve the people.In particular,grassroots party schools shoulder the heavy responsibility of training grassroots party members and cadres.Grassroots party members and cadres are the basis for party policy implementation and serving the people,directly affecting the satisfaction of the people.At present,the training of grassroots party school cadres often has problems such as low degree of specialization,lack of specific pertinence,and little guidance for specific work.This is mainly due to the fact that in the education and training of grassroots party schools,there is no work content for grassroots party members and cadres.Personality characteristics Establish a scientific and perfect training mechanism,resulting in uneven training effectiveness.In the long run,this situation is not conducive to the sustainable development of grassroots party schools in education and training,and it also has certain limitations on promoting the work ability and ideological awareness of grassroots party members and cadres.The Koch evaluation model is a tool for judging the effectiveness of educational content through a four-level evaluation of training.It is a widely used training evaluation tool.Under the realistic background of grassroots party school cadre education and training,using the Koch evaluation model to evaluate the effectiveness of grassroots party school cadre education and training has an important role in improving the quality of grassroots party school training.Taking Lianjiang City Party School as an example,this paper studies the effectiveness of party school cadre education and training based on the Koch evaluation model.The full text is divided into six chapters.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance,and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars in education and training.The research results in terms of effectiveness;secondly,it summarizes the basic concepts,theoretical basis and analytical framework involved in the research,including the concept introduction of party school,cadre education and training,the effectiveness of party school cadre education and training,training transformation theory,Koch evaluation model theory Then,from the organizational structure,training staff composition and training content of Lianjiang City Party School,the current training status of party members and cadres is expounded,and the relevant personnel are investigated through interviews and questionnaires to construct the Koch evaluation model.This paper analyzes the problems and causes in the current education and training of Lianjiang City Party School.Finally,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of Lianjiang City Party School in education and training,aiming at improving the effectiveness of Lianjiang City Party School education and training.
